Discovering the truths of Abiding in Christ
A collections of thoughts that became spoken words, words that were born after years of searching the best way of helping me resemble Christ more in my daily life. To give Him priority over my busy schedule, allow Him full control over my family life and completely surrender my wants and the least understood chapters of my life. Along the years I found that is not a 3 or 7- steps way to achieve all this, but one very ancient, biblical pattern – Abiding in Christ- our Lord and Savior. It’s in this pattern that character is formed, battles are won, and ultimately victory comes. This resting is not an invitation to inactivity or a life on cruise control. Christ is not just our Savior and the Lord of our lives. He is the Living Word on Whom all God’s promises rest and become real. Abiding in Christ implies active faith and unwavering trust. Then, and only then the joy comes amid sorrows, the peace is received when ambushed by battles, and the surrender of every chapter of our lives is made possible. So, I invite you to come abide in Christ and learn with me to delve into the deep meaning of Scripture where abundant life begins.
